We are using php API for creating animated gif from video url ,
we got below error

Sorry to hear about your error. We had a slow down on our capture servers at the time you raised this case that lasted a couple of hours we have identified the problem and released a fix so this shouldn't happen again in the future.
We believe this was probably the root cause of your error.
