Inquiry about API usage logs and quota alerts

I’m reaching out to request some information regarding the use of your APIs.
Specifically, we would like to know if there is a logging system available that allows us to monitor API requests, including details such as the request URL, date and time, and any other useful parameters for analysis and troubleshooting.
Additionally, we would like to understand whether it is possible to set up automatic notifications or alerts when we are approaching our usage quota. This would help us prevent any service interruptions and allow us to upgrade our plan in a timely manner if needed.

We do keep logs, but the retention time varies depending on the amount of storage space they use. If you would like a copy of your logs, please email us and we will be happy to send them to you.
To track your current remaining allowance, you can use the User Details web method. Additionally, we automatically send an email notification to our customers once any of their allowances drop below 20%.
