Monitor Checks is the number of times a web page can be checked for changes before your allowance is renewed, on the renewal date. The number of monitor checks is not affected by scraping or the tasks in the screenshot tool unless you specifically use the monitor web page functionality to trigger a scrape or screenshot tool task.
If you go over your limit you cannot monitor any more web pages until your package renews, or you buy the same or another package.
