After migrtating, my screenshot stopped saving to the server. I migrated from Godaddy Shared hosting to DigitalOcean/CloudWays. The screenshot is captured in GrabzIt but not saved on the server.
How are you transferring the captures to the server?
I'm using the PHP API

It sounds like you haven"t got a results folder with sufficient rights.
I've given my images & screenshot directories 777 access. This didn't resolve the issue. Any thoughts?
