This error usually occurs when your app can't communicate with GrabzIt's servers. This error may happen all the time or intermittently.
Unfortunately there is very little we can do about this error from our side. As the error is usually to do with firewalls, network settings or your network provider.
One approach to identifying an issue is to run a traceroute on api.grabz.it. This will hopefully show what part of the network the request is erroring at when trying to communicate with GrabzIt's servers. Below is an example traceroute command in Windows.
