For a one-time fee, our engineers will take your requirements and handle the heavy lifting, ensuring your dashboard tools or API configurations are perfectly optimized for your specific use case.

What is Included in the Expert Setup?

Our team will dedicate up to two hours to configure your target solution within the GrabzIt ecosystem. This service covers the following core areas:

• The Web Scraper: We will build and test a custom scraping scrape for your target website, configuring the exact extraction rules and scheduling needed to pull your data.
• The Screenshot Tool: We will configure your account to capture pixel-perfect images or PDFs, etc based on your specific parameters (e.g., custom viewport sizes, delays, or hiding cookie banners).
• The Web Monitor: We will set up your monitoring checks to track visual or structural website changes and configure your alert preferences.
• API Configuration & cURL Examples: If you are integrating our API, we will configure your GrabzIt dashboard (including application keys, IP whitelisting, and export targets like S3/FTP). We will also build and test a custom cURL request tailored to your exact goal, giving you a working blueprint to drop into your application.

What is NOT Included?

To ensure we can deliver a fast and reliable setup within the 2-hour window, we must keep the scope strictly within the GrabzIt platform. The Expert Setup does not include:

• Custom Coding: We do not write, rewrite, or debug custom code for your proprietary application (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, ASP.NET).
• Local Environment Setup: We cannot log into your servers or help configure your local development environment.
• Third-Party Integrations: We do not build integrations into external CRMs, databases, or third-party software outside of our native export options.

How the Process Works

3. We Get to Work: Once we receive your details, our engineers will use your 2-hour block to build, test, and finalize your configuration.
4. The Handoff: We will notify you as soon as the setup is complete. You will find the working scraper, tool, or monitor right in your GrabzIt account, or we will email you your successful API cURL request.

What happens if my request takes longer than two hours?

The vast majority of requests can be fully completed within the two-hour window. If your target website is exceptionally complex (e.g., heavy anti-bot protections or highly dynamic data structures), our engineers will use the time to build out the foundational setup as far as possible and provide guidance on any remaining steps.

Can I buy this if I only have a Free Account?

The Expert Setup is an add-on reserved for paid GrabzIt customers and must be purchased alongside a premium plan upgrade.

Does this guarantee you can scrape any website?

While our tools are highly advanced, some websites employ extreme countermeasures against automation. If we determine within the first few minutes that your target site cannot be scraped or captured by our platform, we will let you know immediately.
