Tools to Capture and Convert the Web

How do you alter a web page before converting it?

Alter web page

You can alter the HTML of any page before you capture it as a image, PDF or DOCX.

To do this you need to read the contents of the HTML page using an appropriate method from the programming language you are using. Once you have done this alter the HTML, an example of which is shown below. Then set the address parameter to the same one used to read the content from. This will ensure that the web page is captured using the same URL, so that any relative resources are rendered correctly.

string html = ""; //populate this variable by the HTML from http://www.example.com/index.html
//alter HTML
html += "<style>body{background-color:red !important;}</style>";
GrabzItClient grabzIt = new GrabzItClient("Sign in to view your Application Key", "Sign in to view your Application Secret");
ImageOptions options = new ImageOptions();
options.Address = "http://www.example.com/index.html";
grabzIt.HTMLToImage(html, options);
grabzIt.SaveTo("result.jpg");
String html = ""; //populate this variable by the HTML from http://www.example.com/index.html
//alter HTML

GrabzItClient grabzIt = new GrabzItClient("Sign in to view your Application Key", "Sign in to view your Application Secret");
ImageOptions options = new ImageOptions();
